Team camp will consist of six teams. CFHC will utilize Cumnock Turf Fields and Jordan Field -- Home of Harvard Field
Hockey -- for camp. (Both facilities have synthetic surfaces)

Step 1: Fill out the CFHC 2010 Application Form
Step 2: Fill out the CFHC 2010 Health Information and Care Authorization Form
Step 3: Fill out the Camp Consent and Release Agreement Step 4: Mail both forms along with your deposit to Crimson Field Hockey Camp, P.O. Box 382032, Cambridge, MA 02238-2032.
USFHA Sanctioned Camp
Crimson Field Hockey is a USFHA and NFHCA Sanctioned Camp. Qualified athletes will be recommended for the National Futures Program.
